Client Services

As a former banker with over 36 years of experience in marketing and workouts, Jim Heneghan understands the requirements and concerns of a financial institution regarding the sale of distressed notes and assets. We therefore adhere to the following business practices:

  • Discreet transaction information so that only qualified buyers are aware of the note/asset details.
  • Assurance that current property owner’s information is kept as confidential as possible.
  • Prequalification of buyers and verification of fund’s availability.

Trinity Real Estate & Appraisal Services realizes that in order to expedite the sales cycle of non-performing notes comprised of various real estate assets, continuous contact with the experienced note buyers is required. The challenge thus becomes to efficiently reach out to a multitude of note buyers while maintaining a discreet and secure transaction to satisfy the concerns of financial institutions as outlined above.

To answer this challenge, Trinity has developed a secure and efficient web-based marketing approach where new and current investment opportunities are viewed by our current database of 3,000 potential investors. Our success has been in identifying these qualified investors and making them aware of opportunities through both individual contact and monthly web updates.
